You may use this Website only for lawful purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, Website, or systems.

4. Quote Requests and Estimates

Handyman Pro Solutions provides estimates as described on our Website.

Customers may request an estimate by calling, texting, or submitting the online quote form.

Information provided by a customer, including photographs, videos, descriptions, measurements, or other project information, may be used to understand the requested work and determine an appropriate next step.

Photos may help us evaluate a project, but some projects may require an in-person review before final pricing, scheduling, or scope can be confirmed.

An estimate or quote is based on the information reasonably available to us at the time it is prepared.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, an estimate is not a guarantee that the final project price will remain unchanged if the scope of work or project conditions change.

5. Project Scope

The specific written estimate, proposal, work authorization, invoice, change order, or other written agreement applicable to a project will establish the scope of work and agreed pricing for that project.

Only work included in the applicable project agreement is included in the agreed price.

If a customer requests additional work or if previously unknown conditions require additional work, the scope and price may need to be revised.

Customers should review the applicable project documents carefully before authorizing work.

6. Changes to the Scope of Work

Customers may request changes to the agreed scope of work.

A change may affect:

  • The project price;

  • Materials;

  • Labor;

  • Scheduling;

  • Completion time; or

  • The overall scope of the project.

Where appropriate, additional work will be discussed with the customer before it is performed.

Changes may be documented through a revised estimate, written approval, change order, invoice, or other written confirmation.

7. Existing and Hidden Conditions

Repair and maintenance work on existing homes and structures may reveal conditions that were not reasonably visible or known when an estimate was prepared.

Examples may include:

  • Hidden deterioration;

  • Rot;

  • Water damage;

  • Deteriorated wood;

  • Damaged framing;

  • Deteriorated masonry;

  • Previous improper repairs;

  • Concealed damage; or

  • Other conditions that cannot reasonably be identified before work begins.

The presence of hidden or previously unknown conditions may require additional work, materials, time, or cost.

When reasonably practicable, we will communicate material changes to the customer before proceeding with additional chargeable work.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property and requested project.

Customers should:

  • Provide reasonable access to the property and work area;

  • Inform us of known hazards or unusual property conditions;

  • Keep children and pets away from active work areas;

  • Remove or protect fragile or valuable belongings from work areas;

  • Provide access to utilities reasonably necessary to perform the agreed work;

  • Inform us of known underground utilities, irrigation systems, electrical systems, plumbing, or other concealed property features where applicable;

  • Notify us of relevant property restrictions or homeowners' association requirements known to the customer; and

  • Promptly communicate questions or concerns about the project.

Delays resulting from lack of access, customer-requested changes, unavailable customer-selected materials, or other customer-controlled circumstances may affect scheduling and project completion.

9. Materials

Materials used for a project will be determined by the applicable estimate, proposal, project agreement, customer selections, availability, and project requirements.

Material availability may change after an estimate is prepared.

If a specified material becomes unavailable, discontinued, or otherwise impractical to obtain, a reasonable alternative may be proposed.

Customer-supplied materials are used at the customer's risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Handyman Pro Solutions is not responsible for defects, incompatibility, failure, or other problems caused by customer-supplied materials.

10. Scheduling

Handyman Pro Solutions will make reasonable efforts to schedule projects according to the agreed or communicated timeframe.

Project start dates and completion dates may change because of circumstances including:

  • Weather;

  • Material availability;

  • Supplier delays;

  • Unexpected property conditions;

  • Customer-requested changes;

  • Additional work;

  • Safety concerns;

  • Access issues; or

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless a specific date is expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, scheduling dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

11. Weather and Outdoor Projects

Some Handyman Pro Solutions services are performed outdoors, including deck work, fence work, masonry work, gutter work, pressure washing, painting, staining, sealing, and exterior repairs.

Weather conditions may require work to be delayed or rescheduled when conditions could affect safety, materials, workmanship, or the quality of the finished work.

Reasonable weather-related scheduling changes do not constitute a failure to perform the agreed services.

12. Safety

Handyman Pro Solutions may decline, pause, or stop work when conditions create an unreasonable safety risk to customers, workers, property, equipment, or the project.

Unsafe conditions may include, without limitation:

  • Unstable structures;

  • Dangerous electrical conditions;

  • Hazardous materials;

  • Severe weather;

  • Unsafe work surfaces;

  • Dangerous animals; or

  • Other conditions presenting an unreasonable safety risk.

If work must be stopped because of unsafe conditions, additional scheduling or project requirements may apply.

13. Hazardous Materials

Unless specifically agreed in writing and legally permitted, Handyman Pro Solutions does not provide hazardous-material testing, removal, or remediation services.

This may include materials such as asbestos, lead-containing materials, contaminated materials, biohazardous materials, or other regulated hazardous substances.

If potentially hazardous materials or conditions are discovered, work may be paused until the appropriate qualified professional or authority evaluates the condition.

14. Permits and Approvals

Certain projects may require permits, inspections, approvals, or compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, or private property restrictions.

Responsibility for obtaining required permits or approvals will depend on the project, applicable law, and the applicable written project agreement.

Unless expressly included in writing, Handyman Pro Solutions does not guarantee that a particular project qualifies for a specific permit, approval, zoning classification, or homeowners' association approval.

Customers should disclose known property restrictions or approval requirements before work begins.

15. Payment

Payment terms, deposits, progress payments, and final payment requirements, when applicable, will be stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or project agreement.

Customers agree to pay amounts due according to the applicable payment terms.

Additional work or approved changes may result in additional charges.

If an undisputed payment is not made when due, Handyman Pro Solutions may suspend or delay further work to the extent permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

16. Deposits

If a deposit is required for a particular project, the amount and applicable terms will be stated in the applicable written project agreement, estimate, proposal, or invoice.

Deposit treatment, cancellation, refund, and related matters are subject to the applicable project agreement and applicable law.

Handyman Pro Solutions does not establish a universal deposit percentage through these Website Terms because deposit requirements may vary by project.

17. Customer Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers who need to cancel or reschedule should contact Handyman Pro Solutions as soon as possible.

Any cancellation, refund, deposit, material, or rescheduling terms applicable to a specific project will be governed by the applicable written project agreement and applicable law.

Home-Solicited Transactions

Certain transactions that qualify as a "home solicitation sale" under Missouri law may be subject to statutory cancellation rights and disclosure requirements.

Missouri law generally provides a qualifying consumer with a right to cancel a home solicitation sale until midnight of the third business day after signing, subject to statutory exceptions. A home solicitation sale generally involves personal solicitation at the consumer's residence and the agreement being made there.

These statutory rights apply only when the transaction falls within the applicable legal definition and are subject to applicable exceptions.

Nothing in these Website Terms is intended to waive or restrict a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Where required by law, the applicable project agreement will contain the required notices and cancellation information.

18. Workmanship and Existing Conditions

Handyman Pro Solutions strives to perform agreed work carefully and professionally.

The appearance, performance, and longevity of a repair or improvement can depend on existing conditions, materials, weather, normal wear and tear, maintenance, and other factors outside our control.

Repairing an existing structure or component does not necessarily make it equivalent to a new structure or component.

The specific scope of work and any applicable workmanship warranty will be determined by the applicable written project agreement.

19. Warranties

Any specific warranty provided by Handyman Pro Solutions will be stated in writing in the applicable proposal, invoice, project agreement, warranty document, or other written communication.

Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.

Unless expressly provided in writing, nothing on this Website creates a specific warranty regarding the future lifespan, appearance, performance, or condition of a particular repair or improvement.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Property Protection and Cleanup

Handyman Pro Solutions makes reasonable efforts to treat customer property with care and to clean up the work area after completing the agreed work.

Repair, construction, demolition, painting, masonry, pressure washing, staining, and similar work may naturally create dust, debris, noise, vibration, water, odors, or other temporary effects.

Customers should remove or protect fragile, valuable, or sensitive belongings from areas where work will occur.

21. Project Photos and Marketing

Handyman Pro Solutions may request permission from customers to use before-and-after photographs, completed project photographs, testimonials, or reviews for marketing purposes.

We will not intentionally use identifiable customer property photographs, customer names, addresses, or personal information for marketing without appropriate permission.

Our Privacy Policy contains additional information about photographs, project details, and marketing.

  • Other information reasonably necessary to evaluate or perform the requested work.

Handyman Pro Solutions is not responsible for problems resulting from materially inaccurate or incomplete information provided by a customer, subject to applicable law.

29. Force Majeure

Handyman Pro Solutions will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, government action, supplier delays, material shortages, utility failures, transportation problems, emergencies, or other circumstances that could not reasonably be prevented or controlled.

When reasonably practicable, we will communicate material delays and work with the customer to determine an appropriate next step.

30. Disputes and Customer Concerns

We encourage customers to contact Handyman Pro Solutions promptly if they have a concern regarding an estimate, invoice, scheduling issue, workmanship issue, communication, or other service matter.

We will make reasonable efforts to understand the concern and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

31. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Missouri, except where another law is required to apply.

Any dispute or legal proceeding will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction and venue requirements of Missouri law.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

33. No Waiver

If Handyman Pro Solutions does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

34. Changes to These Terms

Handyman Pro Solutions may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

For a specific project, the applicable estimate, proposal, work authorization, invoice, change order, warranty, or other written project agreement will establish the specific terms of that project.
